           WELCOME TO THE HOME OF HAPPYVALLEYSCOTTISHFOLDS!

We are a small home based cattery in Happy Valley, Oregon. Our cats and kittens are affectionate, smart, socialized and nurtured in a healthy loving kids environment.  They are part of our Family! Our goal is to breed healthy, intelligent, well socialized cats and introduce them into their forever homes. They are litter trained, using litter boxes and scratching posts. The kittens are vaccinated and dewormed. Our cats are 100% purebred and registered with TICA and CFA to assist in further registration of kittens and litters online for the convenience of our new pet families. 

TEMPERAMENT

* This breed is known for its easygoing temperament and general sociability. It usually gets along great with cat-friendly dogs and other cats and adapts well to multi-pet households. Children who are old enough to respect this cat and not handle it roughly will make fast friends with the Scottish fold, whose affectionate personality is both comforting and endearing to people of all ages.

* The Scottish fold doesn't need a lot of active engagement or strenuous exercise to be happy; it will thrive in a household where casual play is balanced with plenty of quiet cuddle time.

NUTRITION

* Nutrition plays a big role in cat development. We care about our cats health and nutrition as much as we care about our own. They are worth feeding the best food right from the start. We use a combination of dry food, wet food, and fresh meat and organs to feed our Scottish kittens. Also vitamins, supplements and salmon oil to keep their immune systems healthy and their coats shine!

VACCINATIONS AND CERTIFICATES

* First immuizations (FVRCP)

* Deworming and flea regimen

KITTEN PICK UP TIME

* 8-10 weeks after birth

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO RETURNS – KITTENS ARE SOLD AS-IS.

* The buyer understands that there are no refunds and no returns. The kitten is in good health and free from diseases at the time of sale as far as can be determined by the seller/veterinarian.

* The buyer also acknowledges that a safe and suitable home will be provided for the kitten purchased. 

SPAY/NEUTER

 * Kitten will not come spayed or neutered. But the buyer agrees that the kitten will be  spayed/neutered by 5 months of age. Documentation and proof from a Veterinarian is a MUST!!! We're not responsible for any personal expenses vet fees.

* At Seller’s sole discretion, Seller may allow extension of the time for spaying/neutering of the Pet, provided that Buyer provides Seller with a certified report from a licensed veterinarian that due to the health, development, or temperament of the Pet, the Pet may not be spayed/neutered within that time period. 

* It is the responsibility of the Buyer, not the veterinarian, to ensure that the Breeder has received verification that the surgery has been performed!

HEALTH GUARANTEE

* Our kittens comes with a 1 year health guarantee. We Pride ourselves on having cats from reputable breeders and from a broad genetic base including imported lines. FeLV and FIV negative.

* This Pet is not guaranteed against respiratory disease, fleas, ringworms, or any nuisance disease except for congenital disabilities after the cat/kitten arrives at a new home.

* In the event that the Pet dies within one year of the Delivery Date due to a hereditary or congenital defect, as determined and certified by a necropsy by a duly licensed and trained pathologist, the Seller will replace the Pet.

* In order to receive a replacement pet, the Buyer must present the Seller with certified written proof of the defect in the form of a complete necropsy report from a licensed pathologist within 30 days of necropsy being performed.

* The Seller is not obligated to replace the exact. color/pattern/sex of the Pet, although reasonable attempts to do so will be made.

* Buyer specifically acknowledges that nothing herein shall obligate the seller to provide any refund.

SHIPPING

* We don't ship our kittens. Very stressful environment, sicknesses and miscarriages. 

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

* There is $300 to reserve and it's included in the total price of the kitten. The rest is due at pick up. The reservation deposit is not refundable if you change your mind except if something happens from the sellers side.
